Madison Radiology is located in Lower Level of the Historic Pasadena Medical Building, 65 North Madison Avenue, Pasadena, California 91101 at the corner of Madison Avenue and Union Street, one block north of Colorado Boulevard.
From the west:
Take the 134(Ventura) Freeway east, merging onto the 210 east. Exit Lake Avenue. Turn right onto Lake Avenue. Turn right onto Union Street (4 blocks). Turn left on Madison Avenue (4 blocks). The parking entrance is on the right, just past the building entrance.
From the east:
Take the 210(Foothill) Freeway west. Exit Lake Avenue. Turn left onto Lake Avenue. Turn right onto Union Street (4 blocks). Turn left on Madison Avenue (4 blocks). The parking entrance is on the right, just past the building entrance.
From downtown or the 110 Freeway:
Take the 110 (Harbor/Pasadena) Freeway east. At the end of the freeway, continue straight onto Arroyo Parkway. Turn right onto Colorado Blvd (about 1.2 miles). Turn left into Madison Avenue (6 blocks). The parking entrance is on the left, just before the building entrance.
